No, the frames are not part of the offer. They are shown in the pictures for illustrative purposes only. We do not offer frames, as making or selling them is a completely different activity that is usually handled by stores that specialize in that.

We put a lot of attention to careful packaging and making sure that your order is securely shipped. For the small sizes (up to 12x16 inch or A3 size), it will be shipped in a flat packaging with an additional protection board so that the prints cannot get bent. In case of the bigger sizes (staring with 16x20 inch or 40x50cm) we will use a very sturdy tube with additional carton packaging - here your prints will be rolled in the tube. For orders consisitng of several prints, there will be additional tubes so that there are not too many prints rolled together – this will help you to easily unpack and unroll your prints.

Our prints are made in our own printing studio, in the heart of Europe - Austria. We have been using for several years the same type of paper, we have chosen the safest packaging and now we offer the fastest possible delivery times to any destination in Europe or USA.

Thanks to the technology we use in our printing studio, we offer the highest quality Giclée prints and each customer receives their order on the exactly same material and in the same packaging. Customers can be sure that product reviews are reliable and refer to our work only. We rely on hand-prepared orders by a perfectly qualified and trained team. We do not offer any digital downloads, precisely because this type of art we offer requires a special approach. Each order is treated very individually but with the same technology, materials, experience and complementary art. This is not possible with mass production or home printing. Our product is a physical print of Eveline's archival art, ready to be placed in frames.
