For this set I painted a branching coral, a seashell and a small ocean botanical in navy blue watercolor. I layered thin washes so the blue stays deep in some places and light in others, and kept the shapes simple with lots of white space around them.
The three prints bring a clear pop of blue to calm, neutral rooms with beige sofas, white walls, rattan and light wood. Hang them in a row above a couch or bed, or along a hallway. They also suit a bathroom or entryway, in a beach house as much as in a city apartment.
Each set is made to order in my studio.
